Synthesis
(3R)-(-)-3-Aminopyrrolidine dihydrochloride was prepared by reacting (R)-3-(tert-butoxycarbonyl-amino)-pyrrolidine in methanol with chloroform Sulfone at room temperature for 6-9 hours.
