The Uses of STANNOUS ACETATE
Reducing agent.
The Uses of STANNOUS ACETATE
Tin(II) acetate is used as a precursor in the production of tin anode, Sn-Cu bimetallic nanoparticles, high surface area tin oxide catalysts. It acts as Lewis acid catalysts for the esterification and transesterification reactions. It serves as an efficient catalytic system for carbon-hydrogen activation of methoxy group of anisole in presence of palladium(II) acetate. It plays an important role in stannous oral care compositions.
What are the applications of Application
Tin(II) acetate is can act as an efficient catalytic system for C-H activation
Hazard
Toxic by ingestion.
