What is LINOLEOYLETHANOLAMIDE?
The Uses of LINOLEOYLETHANOLAMIDE
N-Linoleoylethanolamine reduces lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation in macrophages and reduces inflammation in ameliorates 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced contact dermatitis. N-Linoleoylethanolamine inhibits NF-κB signaling and may be used as a therapeutic agent against contact dermatitis.Linoleoyl ethanolamide is an endocannabinoid detected in porcine brain.
What are the applications of Application
Linoleylethanolamide is an endocannabinoid that also binds to TRPV1
Definition
ChEBI: An N-(long-chain-acyl)ethanolamine that is the ethanolamide of linoleic acid.
Biochem/physiol Actions
A structural analogue of the endogenous cannabinoid receptor ligand anandamide.
