The Uses of LEISHMAN'S STAIN

Leishman Stain is used to stain blood smears to identify parasites, leukocytes and trypanosomas. It is used in hematology and tropical medicine to differentiate and identify leukocytes. It acts like fluorescent stains for detection of malaria parasite. It is also used for bone marrow staining.
