The Uses of 2,4-PENTANEDIONE, SILVER DERIVATIVE
Silver 2,4-pentanedionate is used to make silver impregnated nanocrystalline metal oxides, with special emphasis on aluminum oxide. It is used as a cationization reagent in combination with polar matrices such as 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid.
General Description
Silver acetylacenate is a metalorganic precursor with moderate solubility in polymer and organic solvents. It can be annealed to produce polymer incorporated silver nanoparticles (AgNPs).
