DISODIUM HYDROGEN CITRATE SESQUIHYDRATE Structural

What is DISODIUM HYDROGEN CITRATE SESQUIHYDRATE?

Chemical properties

white fine crystalline powder

The Uses of DISODIUM HYDROGEN CITRATE SESQUIHYDRATE

Disodium hydrogen citrate sesquihydrate is a reagent employed in the investigation of mediatorless laccase cathodes as half-cell electrode under galvanostatic load by using a two-compartment set up. It is used in the extraction of organ/tissue sample.

The Uses of DISODIUM HYDROGEN CITRATE SESQUIHYDRATE

Sodium hydrogen citrate sesquihydrate is suitable reagent to investigate the mediatorless laccase cathodes as half-cell electrode under galvanostatic load by using a two-compartment set up. It may be used in the extraction of organ/tissue sample using QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe) extraction methods. It is suitable for use in the analysis of multiclass pesticides by multiresidue method based on the sample preparation by modified QuEChERS and detection by GC coupled to single quadruple mass spectrometery.

The Uses of DISODIUM HYDROGEN CITRATE SESQUIHYDRATE

Sodium citrate dibasic sesquihydrate may be employed in the following studies:

  • In the Supel Que Citrate (EN) tubes for the quantification of pesticides in blackcurrants by triple quadrupole GC-QqQ-MS/MS [Gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) coupled with triple quadrupole (QqQ) analyzer] method.
  • Dispersive solid phase extraction (dSPE) method, commonly referred as QuEChERS.2
  • Preparation of RNA precipitation solution.
