The Uses of Dimethylaminoborane

Borane-dimethylamine complex is used in a nickel-catalyzed reduction of electron-deficient aryl tosylates. It also serves as a reducing agent in electrolytic deposition of metals, alloys, semiconductors and insulators.

The Uses of Dimethylaminoborane

Reagent used in a Ni-catalyzed reduction of electron-deficient aryl tosylates. The catalyst is composed of commercially available Ni(PPh₃)₂Cl₂(529621) and PCy₃(261971).
