Description
Cadmium arsenide appears as a dark-grey powder or pieces in appearance with no odour. It is incompatible with acids and acid fumes. Cadmium arsenide, when heated to high temperatures, decomposes and emits toxic fumes of airborne cadmium, arsenic fumes, cadmium oxide, and hydrogen gas.
