The Uses of 2',3'-Dideoxythymidine
3’-Deoxythymidine inhibits the ability of bacteriophage T7 to infect Escherichia coli by inhibiting phage DNA synthesis. Also, it is a precursor of DNA polymerase β inhibitor.

Purification Methods
