Nickel(II) perchlorate hexahydrate is a hydrated nickel(II) salt.
Safety Profile
Confirmed human carcinogen. Poison by intraperitoneal route. A powerful oxidizer. Mixtures with 2,2- dimethoxypropane explode when heated above 65°C. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of Cl-. See also NICKEL COMPOUNDS and PERCHLORATES.
