What is MOBS?
The Uses of MOBS
MOPS is frequently used as a buffering agent in biology and biochemistry. It used widely for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Usage above 20 mM in mammalian cell culture work is not recommended.
What are the applications of Application
MOBS is a zwitterionic buffer that is a butane analog of the Good buffers MOPS [3-(N-morpholino) propanesulfonic acid] and MES [2-(N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid.
