The synthetic route of methyl 2-methoxy-5-aminosulfonyl benzoate is composed mainly of etherification (phenol hydroxyl), sulfonyl chloride, amination and esterification, which prepared successfully with the help of salicylic acid and methyl salicylate as precursor.
