The Uses of glaucocalyxin A

Glaucocalyxin A has the effect of anti-platelet aggregation and inhibits cancer cells.

Biological Activity

Glaucocalyxin A is an enantiomeric lauryl diterpene from Rabdosia japonica var. It inhibits the nuclear translocation of GLI1 by regulating the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, thereby inducing apoptosis in osteosarcoma. Glaucocalyxin A has antitumor effect.
