The Uses of BENZYLMAGNESIUM BROMIDE
Benzylmagnesium Bromide is mainly used for the formation of diastereomeric o-toluylmethanol via a format reaction. Moreover, benzylmagnesium bromide only generates o-tolylmethanol when used in excess or at higher temperatures[1].
