Description

Amino-PEG3-acid is a PEG reagent containing an amino (NH2) and a terminal carboxylic acid group. The hydrophilic PEG unit increases hydrophilicity. NH2 amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids in the presence of coupling reagent such as EDC , or directly with NHS esters, to form a stable amide bond.
