What is ZINC SULFITE?

Chemical properties

White, crystalline powder. Absorbs oxygen from the air to form sulfate. Loses 2H2O at 100C; decomposes at 200C. Soluble in sulfurous acid; insoluble in cold water and alcohol; decomposes in hot water.

The Uses of ZINC SULFITE

Preservative for anatomical specimens.
