The Uses of HEXAPHENYLDISILANE

Hexaphenyldisilane (cas# 1450-23-3) is a silylating agent, and is used in conjuction with Pd catalysts for meta-selective C-H bond silylation. After fluoride activation, Hexaphenyldisilane has also been used in the conversion of [11C]CO2 to [11C]CO.
