What is H2N-PEG9-OH?
Description
Amino-PEG9-alcohol is a PEG linker containing amine and hydroxyl moieties. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the water solubility of a compound in aqueous media. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The hydroxyl group can react to allow for further derivatization of the compound.
