The Uses of 7-FLUOROBENZO-2-OXA-1,3-DIAZOLE-4-SULFONIC ACID AMMONIUM SALT
7-FLUOROBENZO-2-OXA-1,3-DIAZOLE-4-SULFONIC ACID AMMONIUM SALT is a water soluble bifunctional fluorogenic reagent for the sensitive and specific detection of thiols in biological specimens or proteins. SBD-F has high reactivity to thiol compounds to attain low detection limits; no flourescence in itself; biological buffer solublility; stability at RT in water for >1 week. The optimal condition for reaction was 60oC and pH 9.5 for 1 h.
