The Uses of 3-METHYL-1-PENTANOL
3-Methyl-1-pentanol, occurs naturally in Capsicum frutescens, the tabasco pepper. It is also an intermediate in the manufacture of other chemicals, such as novel branched alkyl carbamates, having anticonvulsant activity.
