With a vision to reduce carbon footprints in the environment as well transforming into a self-sufficient producer & consumer of Carbon Disulphide (CS2), Indofil Industries Limited, Mumbai, India entered into a joint venture with Shanghai Baijin Chemicals Group Company Ltd. (SBC), Shanghai, China and formed INDO BAIJIN CHEMICALS PVT LTD.

The joint venture has put up a world class manufacturing plant facility for producing 75,000 tons/annum of CS2 by using natural gas as a basic raw material, at Dahej SEZ area in Gujarat, India. IBJ started its commercial operations in April, 2014.

To keep our commitments towards quality, safety and environment protection, IBJ has obtained ISO 9001 : 2015 (Quality System), ISO 14001 : 2004 (Environment System), BS OHSAS 18001 : 2007 (Safety System). ISO 45001 : 2018 from BVQI.

INDO BAIJIN, in a very short span of time, has emerged as one of the world’s best and most preferred CS2 manufacturer and supplier with its foot prints in both Domestic Indian & International Market.
