      CTX Lifesciences, headquartered in Surat (Gujarat, India), was established in 2004 as a vertically integrated API and intermediate manufacturing company. It belongs to the privately owned Colourtex Industries Pvt Ltd, a group worth US$ 600 million, founded by Jayantibhai Jariwala in 1967. Colourtex has grown to become one of the largest dyestuff manufacturers, offering an extensive range of dyes and performance chemicals for every fiber. Leveraging its vast knowledge and in-depth understanding of the Chemical Sector, the Group ventured into the Pharmaceutical API & Intermediate market in 2004, launching CTX Lifesciences.
