1) establish clear airway & tissue oxygenation by aspiration of secretions & if necessary, by assisted pulmonary ventilation with oxygen. improve tissue oxygenation as much as possible before administering atropine to minimize the risk of ventricular fibrillation. carbamates, cholinesterase inhibitors
Use powder, water spray, foam, carbon dioxide.
Combustible. Liquid formulations containing organic solvents may be flammable. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire. Risk of fire and explosion if formulations contain flammable/explosive solvents.
Use powder, water spray, foam, carbon dioxide.
Personal protection: particulate filter respirator adapted to the airborne concentration of the substance. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment. Do NOT wash away into sewer. Sweep spilled substance into covered containers. If appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder. Then store and dispose of according to local regulations.

Collect and arrange disposal. Keep the chemical in suitable and closed containers for disposal. Remove all sources of ignition. Use spark-proof tools and explosion-proof equipment. Adhered or collected material should be promptly disposed of, in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations.
NO open flames. Handling in a well ventilated place. Wear suitable protective clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid formation of dust and aerosols. Use non-sparking tools. Prevent fire caused by electrostatic discharge steam.
Provision to contain effluent from fire extinguishing. Store in an area without drain or sewer access. Separated from food and feedstuffs.

Cholinesterase inhibition. The substance may cause effects on the nervous system. Exposure could cause death. The effects may be delayed. Medical observation is indicated.
The substance may have effects on the nervous system.
A harmful concentration of airborne particles can be reached quickly on spraying.
Within 6 and 14 days of incubation in culture media of the algae Chlamydomonas variabilis and Selenastrum capricornutum, aminocarb was degraded by 50 and 100%.
Fingerling rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) were used to determine the lethal toxicity of Matacil 1.8 F and Matacil 1.8 D ready-to-use formulations. The 96 hr median lethal concentrations were 21.3 mg/l for water-based Matacil 1.8 F; 29.1 mg/l for oil-based Matacil 1.8 F; and 0.36 mg/l for Matacil 1.8 D. Aminocarb and 4-methylamino-m-tolyl N-methylcarbamate were detected in fish tissue 96 hr after exposure. More than 50% of the total residue was the parent cmpd. The bioaccumulation ratio ranged from 1.70 to 3.32 at different concn of aminocarb. Both aminocarb and 4-methylamino-m-tolyl N-methylcarbamate were rapidly eliminated after the fish had been transferred to clean water.
Based on regression equations(3) and the water solubility of 915 mg/l(1) and a log Kow value of 1.734(2), the estimated log Koc for aminocarb is in the range 2.01-2.32(SRC). According to a suggested classification scheme(4), this range of log Koc values indicates that aminocarb is moderately to highly mobile in soil(4). Conversely, it would be weakly to moderately sorbed to suspended soils and sediment in water(SRC).

The material can be disposed of by removal to a licensed chemical destruction plant or by controlled incineration with flue gas scrubbing. Do not contaminate water, foodstuffs, feed or seed by storage or disposal. Do not discharge to sewer systems.
Containers can be triply rinsed (or equivalent) and offered for recycling or reconditioning. Alternatively, the packaging can be punctured to make it unusable for other purposes and then be disposed of in a sanitary landfill. Controlled incineration with flue gas scrubbing is possible for combustible packaging materials.
