Turtle Pharma Private Limited has a state-of-the-art API manufacturing facility near Vadodara in the state of Gujarat. Built as per cGMP requirements, the facility is designed to meet International regulatory norms. Our manufacturing facility offers Gram Scale (as low as 10 grams) to Kilo Lots (250 Kg lots) production batches.
Right from Stainless steel Reactors, Glass lined Reactors, Centrifuges, Fluid Bed Dryer, Multimill, Shifter, Chilling Plant, Boiler, Air Handling Units, Our Facility is capable of handling Chlorination, Bromination, Cyclisation, Condensation, Acylation, Hydrolysis, Grignard, 250C to minus 25C Reactions.
We can support customers with specific requirements like Micronised, Compacted, Particle Size Distribution, High Solubility, High Purity, Injectable Grade, Pyrogen Free, with Customized Packaging from Ranging from Grams to Kilograms, with the documentation support like Drug Master File (open and close part), Site Master File, as per customers requirements.
