Himalaya Industries established in year 1981 by founder Late Shri Premchand Wadhwa and started Manufacturing of Nickel Salts & Soap Derivatives with the capacity of 24 MT per annum and after then in year 1995 his elder son Shri Nandlal P. Wadhwa took over the rheins of the company., He was the Great Visionary, Technocrat & a Dynamic Personality, under whose guidance the capacity increased up-to 85 MT per year with the products range in all types of Nickel, Selenium and Cobalt Salts etc. 

In 2009 the company set up a new manufacturing unit with capacity of another 85 MT per year and start production and total installed capacity increased up-to 170 MT Per Annum. 

Himalaya Industries has hands-on expertise in Manufacturing and Sales of Specialty Chemicals like Nickel Oxide, Nickel Carbonate, Nickel Sulphate, Nickel Nitrate, Cobalt Oxide, Cobalt Carbonate, Cobalt Sulphate, Cobalt Nitrite, Selenium Dioxide, Sodium Selenite, Sodium Selenate and other varied chemicals., the company also ventured in to the Pharma field by manufacturing “RANEY NICKEL CATALYST” with capacity of about 120 MT per annum and  80 Metric Tons for Nickel, Cobalt & Selenium Salts of high quality, efficacy and timely delivered services.

Himalaya Industries also undertakes the reactivation of Spent Raney Nickel Catalysts and recovery of Nickel metal from Spent Catalysts at another unit Metal Chem, Plot No. F-1/16, MIDC, Badlapur, Dist: Thane (Maharashtra) India. for recovering metal, which helps the customers in a big way to bring down their cost of operation.
