Our group of companies was born in late 80’s.

Our first manufacturing unit was M/s. Veekay Chemicals, manufacturing mainly Organic Peroxides, used as catalysts, Free Radical Initiators in polymerization etc. This company was born in 1991, in a small way, however with sheer hardwork and dedication of its CEO, Mr. R.V. Khandekar and also positive market response, the company has seen steady growth and acquired present status of ISO 9001:2008 certified company, which is a creditable achievement for a small scale manufacturer producing the above product ranges.

Veekay Chemicals has wide customer base all over India and the products have also been accepted by multinational companies also viz. BASF India, Stahl India, Shin Ho Petrochemical, L. G. Polymers, Berger Paints etc. Its products have also been well accepted in export market against multinationals and regular consignments are being shipped to Egypt, UAE, Iran, Italy and other South-East Asian countries.
