NONYL ACETATE Usage And Synthesis

Description Nonyl acetate has a floral, fruity (mushroom-gardenia) odor and a corresponding flavor on dilution. It has a bitter taste when concentrated. It is prepared by direct esterification of n-nonyl alcohol with acetic acid.
