Uses	(1R)-(+)-α-Pinene is used in hydroboration reactions and the reduction of ketones.
Definition	ChEBI: The (+)-enantiomer of alpha-pinene.
Purification Methods	It is isomerised by heat, acids and certain solvents. It should be distilled under reduced pressure under nitrogen and stored in the dark.
