Intersperse Industries was established in 1990 formally known as Skip Associates which was established in 1976 The activity of the business and the Business person were the same.

It was established by a technician person Dr J.M. Patel (M. Sc Ph. D). He had done his doctrine in Organic Chemistry.
He had carried out his thesis and studies in A.T.I.R.A (Ahmedabad Textile Industrial Research Association) in Ahmedabad after that he joined with a Bulk drug Unit and than he started his own business in the name of Skip Associates, And after 1990 it was known as Intersperse Industries.

Intersperse means Intermediate for Disperse.
