Nepeta is a perennial plant of the family Lamiaceae and the genus Nepeta. The stem is strong, the base is lignified, multi-branched, 40-150 cm high, the base is nearly quadrangular, the upper part is blunt quadrangular, with shallow grooves, and white pubescent.
Nepeta has a spicy flavor and mild temperature. Its stems and leaves can relieve heat, sweat and heat, prevent heat stroke, bad breath, chest tightness and urinary problems. It can also be used for acute gastroenteritis.

1. Medicinal value
