In 2016, private equity groups acquired the company and are targeting a CAGR of over 20 percent for the future.

The company today operates out of its 2 facilities one is at Gauribidnaur in Karnataka and the other one at Hindupur in Andhra Pradesh. Our commitment to pursue excellence and an uncompromising attitude towards quality has helped us emerge as leaders in the manufacture of psychotropic substances and APIs in other therapeutic segments such as Antipsychotics, Antihistamines, and Muscle relaxants.

We are currently exporting our API to over 80 countries globally in addition to the Indian market.
