Cyclohexapentylose nature:
Cyclodextrin is a cyclic oligosaccharide. It usually consists of six, seven or eight glucose units α, 1 - → 4 bond ring phase to connected crystal.
Cyclohexapentylose application:
1. Application in pharmaceutical industry: cyclodextrin can form inclusion compound with drugs
2. Application in pesticide industry. Cyclodextrin can be used for inclusion and stabilization. Some pesticides can endure storage and improve insecticidal efficacy.
3. Application in food industry cyclodextrin has the following functions in food industry: (1) elimination and cover up of special odor（ 2) The improvement of food organization structure（ 3) The reduction and elimination of bitter taste（ 4) Antioxidant activity（ 5) Preservation and optimization of flavor.
