Terephthalaldehyde nature：
P-phenylenedialdehyde is an important fine chemical raw material downstream of p-xylene. Due to its two active aldehyde groups in the molecular structure, it can self polymerize or copolymerize with other monomers to form polymer materials. It is mainly used in the synthesis of fluorescent materials, catalyst carriers and other polymer products. The traditional production method of p-benzaldehyde is to chlorinate p-xylene and then hydrolyze it in the presence of nitric acid or metal oxides.
