Chemical property:
The dimer is a white crystalline powder, and the monomer is a colorless or yellowish liquid. It has a creamy aroma. Boiling point 148 ℃, melting point 15 ℃. It can ignite. It is miscible in water, ethanol and propylene glycol, slightly soluble in ether, almost insoluble in vegetable oil.
