Brief introduction:
Anhydrous calcium chloride is white porous frit or particle. It is easily deliquescent. The melting point is 782 ℃, the density is 2.15g/cm3, and the boiling point is higher than 1600 ℃.
Purpose：
Calcium chloride is used in brine, road deicer and desiccant for refrigeration equipment.. Anhydrous calcium chloride is a common dehydrating agent and desiccant in industrial production and laboratory (but it can't dry ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and alcohol). It is mainly used for drying gas, petroleum, organic solvent, etc. it is used as raw material for making metallic calcium and various calcium salts in inorganic industry. It is also used as sizing agent, water purifying agent, antifreeze agent, food preservation agent and road cleaning agent for textile.
