Dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) is a compound formed by the substitution of two hydrogen atoms in methane molecule with chlorine. It is colorless, transparent, heavier than water, volatile liquid, has ether like odor and sweet taste, does not burn, but forms explosive mixture after mixing with high concentration oxygen.
Purpose：
