1, Why should industrial circulating water be treated?

 

Many impurities in natural water, no matter suspended matter, colloid matter or dissolved matter, will bring disadvantages to industrial production. Scaling, corrosion and sludge generation are three common hazards. Only by reducing the content of harmful impurities, improving the relationship between scaling ions and corrosion ions, and improving the cleanliness of water, can the harm be effectively reduced or stabilized. For example, reduce the colloid, suspended matter and anion in the water; improve the relationship between the content of Ca + 2, HCO3 -, co3-2 in the water, prevent the growth of microorganisms, reduce the content of corrosive gas, etc.

 

The natural water can only enter the industrial circulation heat exchange system after being treated, so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the equipment, reduce the corrosion of the equipment and improve the operation cycle.

 

 

2, How to treat industrial circulating water?

 

For the treatment of industrial circulating water, the corresponding water treatment agent must be used according to the nature and use of water quality. Water treatment agents are generally divided into water treatment agents containing phosphorus and water treatment agents without phosphorus. The former is a traditional water treatment agent with better treatment effect, but due to the increase of phosphorus content in the sewage discharged into the environment, the environmental water quality is rich in nutrients, which promotes a large number of bacteria and algae to reproduce, which is not conducive to environmental protection. Phosphorus containing water treatment agent can determine the content of the agent in the water system through the detection of phosphorus content, while non phosphorus water treatment agent can only determine the content of the agent through the detection of the intensity of fluorescence signal in the instrument. And this fluorescent signal is a fluorescent tracer. The fluorescent tracer is mixed into the water treatment agent in a fixed proportion (1000:1) to form a fluorescent water treatment agent.

 

In general, the chemical content in industrial circulating water is 50-100ppm, which is equivalent to detecting the fluorescent signal of 50-100ppb in circulating water (1ppm = 1000ppb).

 

 

3, What kind of fluorescent tracer should be chosen?

 

There are many kinds of fluorescent tracers. PTSA is an inert fluorescent tracer with strong fluorescence. It can detect 10ppb level fluorescence signal, which is the most commonly used fluorescent tracer in the world. Especially in the North American market, PTSA fluorescent tracer is basically only used.
