What is PHOSPHOMOLYBDIC ACID?
The Uses of PHOSPHOMOLYBDIC ACID
Phosphomolybdic acid solution is a ready to use spray for visualization of steroids, alkaloids, antioxidants and terpenes resolved by thin layer chromatograpy (TLC) and high performance TLC (HPTLC). PMA is also a component of Masson′s trichrome stain.
The Uses of PHOSPHOMOLYBDIC ACID
Phosphomolybdic acid solution has been used in the preparation of supported phosphomolybdic acid membranes for use as superacid membranes for the oxidation of lighter alkanes in a catalytic membrane reactor.
The Uses of PHOSPHOMOLYBDIC ACID
For the detection of lipids, steroids, lactones, keto acids, hydroxy acids, unsaturated fatty acids, and phenolic compounds.
What are the applications of Application
Phosphomolybdic acid solution is water soluble compound used in chromatography, histology staning and spectrophotometry
