Description

m-PEG6-azide is an azide containing reagent. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

19-Azido-2,5,8,11,14,17-hexaoxanonadecane can be used as chemically amplified photoresist composition and photoresist film.
