Disperse Violet 28 Structural

What is Disperse Violet 28?

The Uses of Disperse Violet 28

1,4-Diamino-2,3-dichloroanthraquinone (CI Disperse Violet 28) is an important compound as an intermediate for CI Disperse Blue 60 and CI Disperse Violet 26.

Preparation

1,4-Diamino-2,3-dichloroanthracene-9,10-dione?used in the sulfuryl chloride of nitrobenzene.

Flammability and Explosibility

Properties and Applications

bright purple. Dark purple powder. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, benzene. For the strong sulfuric acid in dark brown, diluted into purple. Dyeing of iron ion in color no effect, encounter copper ions have influence. Used for polyester, two vinegar fiber, three vinegar, polyamide fiber fabric such as dyeing or printing. The bright red dye polyester get purple, has the high insolation fastness, of acid-base stability. Dye bath appropriate pH value for 3 ~ 9, good levelness, dye deep sex differences, mainly used for light. Hot melt knot dyeing solid color rate is low, hot melt temperature should not exceed 190 ℃, sublimation fastness is poorer. Mainly used for polyester knitted fabric made of high temperature and high pressure, the dyeing of dyeing.

Waste Disposal

At present, many publications have been published on wastewater treatment methods containing dyes. Studies have claimed to remove disperse Violet 28 from water using self-assembled organic layers of dihydroxides in a one-step process. The self-assembly of organo-layered double hydroxides was realized by adding both raw layered double hydroxides and the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate into wastewater, and then the one-step process was applied to remove disperse Violet 28 from dyeing wastewater. Since cooperative removal and synergism between the surfactant and disperse Violet 28 in solution occurred to a large extent, this method is highly efficient in removing disperse violet 28.
