The Uses of 7-HYDROXYWARFARIN

(S)-7-Hydroxywarfarin is the S-enantiomer of the 7-hydroxyl metabolite of Warfarin (W498500). (S)-7-Hydroxy Warfarin was present at levels 7-folds higher in chimeric mice with humanized liver (than that in controlled mice) following (S)-Warfarin metabolism.
