The Uses of 4-(4-Chloro-2-thienyl)-2-thiazolamine
4-(4-Chloro-2-thienyl)-2-thiazolamine can be used as organic synthesis intermediates and pharmaceutical intermediates, mainly used in laboratory research and development processes and chemical production processes.
Synthesis
Bromine was added to an ether solution of 4-chloro-2-acetylthiophene under ice cooling, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours to obtain a brominated compound. Thiourea was added to an EtOH solution of the brominated compound at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred overnight at 80℃ to obtain 2-amino-4-(4-chlorothiophen-2-yl)thiazole.
