The Uses of (2'Z,3'E)-6-BROMOINDIRUBIN-3'-ACETOXIME
BIO-Acetoxime is a potent and selective GSK-3a/b inhibitor that reduces invasiveness of gliomas and extends animal survival in intracranial glioma models. It also induces Wnt signaling and inhibits CD8+ T cell effector differentiation.
Biological Activity
Selective GSK-3 α / β inhibitor (IC 50 values are 0.01, 2.4, 4.3 and 63 μ M for GSK-3 α / β , CDK5/p25, CDK2/cyclin A and CDK1/cyclin B respectively). Induces Wnt signaling and inhibits CD8+ T cell effector differentiation.
