Biological Activity

2"-O-beta-L-galactopyranosylorientin was extracted from the flowers of Trollius ledebouri. In addition to passive diffusion, 2"-O-beta-L-galactopyranosylorientin is involved in transporter-mediated efflux and is also a multidrug resistance protein 2 ( MRP2) substrate.
