(part of Gamot API Pte Ltd. based in Singapore) was formed by Asian private equity major PAG, along with Indian private equity firms, CX Partners and Samara Capital. The three has formed an investment platform called Gamot API Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore, with the aim to buy stakes in fast-growing pharma companies. Sekhmet Pharmaventures continues to combine inorganic endeavors together with organic growth activities, in order to form a leading Pharma platform in the spaces of intermediates, API, Finished Dosage Formulations and CMO & CDMO services.
