Terazosin hydrochloride, a long-acting selective alpha1 receptor blocker, is a derivative of quinazoline. By reducing the smooth muscle tension at the bladder outlet, it can relieve the difficulty of urination caused by the smooth muscle tension when prostatic hyperplasia occurs. Terazosin hydrochloride has a hypotensive effect while maintaining normal cardiac output. Can improve blood fat, blood sugar, blood uric acid and other substances metabolism disorders and male sexual dysfunction.
