Shri. Subhash Chandra Jain is the Founder and Chairman of Agro Cool India Ltd. He oversees major technical, financial and compliance operations of the company. Prior to starting Agro Cool India Ltd, he had extensive over 50 years of experience in the manufacturing Industry beginning from the chemical industry in 1979 expanding into Rubber and Pharmaceuticals. He holds a bachelors in Commerce (Hons) and an LLB degree from Delhi Law College, Delhi University, India.

The Jain group is engaged in the Chemical manufacturing industry since year 1979 with 2 units in Vadodara, Gujarat and a Rubber unit in Haryana. 
 
Foundation of Garo Cool India Ltd. was laid in year 2004 for manufacturing of Bulk drugs. 
 
Agro Cool India Ltd. was incorporated in 1997 under the company's Act 1956. The company started its Pharma production with product Niacinamide and Niacin under License no 991 - OSP (H) & 633 - B (H).

Agro Cool India Ltd. is one of the leading manufactures of Api's situated in the Northen part of India. The manufacturing site compasses the area of 7526 SQ Meters, the cover area being 3200 SQ Metre which consist of Main Plant, Admin Office, Raw Material Store, Finish Product Stores, Quality Control Lab, Microbiological Lab, R & D Lab, Quality Assurance, Purified Water Plant, ETP and Utilities.
