Product Description
Activated alumina has much micro-paths, so the specific surface is large. It can be used as absorbent desiccant and catalyst carrier. It is also a kind of trace water desiccant and the pole-molecular absorbent, according to the absorbed molecular polarization, the attachment force is strong for water, oxide, acetic acid, alkali etc..
Activated alumina defluorinated just as the anion exchange resin, but the selectivity is much strong. The defluorination effect of the actived alumina is good. The capacity is stable, the absorbed fluorine is 6400g/cm3. It has high strength, low abrasion, no soften in water, no expansion, no powdery, no crack.
It can widely used in the deep drying of cracked gas, ethylene and propylene, hydrogen-generation, air separation, instrument air drying and fluorine treatment for H2O2, also in the absorbing pollution material, such as H2S, SO2, HF and paraffin in the water gas, especially in the drinking water defluorination.

1. Activated alumina desiccant is a special process made of spherical activated alumina. Its own property is non-toxic, odorless, non-chalky, insoluble in water, white spherical appearance, strong ability to adsorb water. Under certain operating conditions and regeneration conditions, its drying depth up to the dew point temperature below -40 ºC, is a trace of the depth of water and efficient drying agent.
Activated alumina desiccant is mainly used to dry liquids and gases. Widely used in petrochemical gas, liquid-phase drying, for the textile industry, oxygen industry and automation instrument wind drying, air separation industry pressure swing adsorption.And for petrochemical gas-liquid deep drying.
2. Activated alumina dechlorination agent is mainly used for petroleum and petrochemical industries in the removal of impurities such as hydrogen chloride, chlorinated alkanes can also remove hydrogen chloride to generate olefins.
3. Activated alumina H202 Regeneration agent
It is an Essential chemical material for hydrogen peroxide production.It has many capillary channels, large surface area. It is also based on the polarity of adsorbed substances to determine the strong affinity for water, oxides, acetic acid, alkali, etc. It is a water desiccant, but also adsorbed polar molecules adsorbent.
This product is used for the regeneration of working solution in anthraquinone hydrogen peroxide production. Especially for the production of palladium catalyst and three-component Nickel catalyst.

Application Area:
1) The strong ionic forces of the divalent calcium ion makes it an excellent adsorbent to remove water.CO2,H2S from sour natural gas streams,while minimising COS formation.
