Our company was originally incorporated on January 07, 1977, under the name Narendra Investments (Delhi) Limited.    Later the Company changed its name to Eiko LifeSciences Limited effective from June 24, 2021.    The company is among the listed companies, and its equity shares are listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Ltd.)
