Capromorelin Tartrate (CP 424391-18), is a ghrelin receptor agonist and can be used as a novel appetite-stimulating therapy for dogs with a Ki value of 7 nM for hGHS-R1a, The EC50 value for rat pituitary cells was 3 nM.
